Alpine Quest. The Roof of Australia awaits.
One line. Five days. The highest, wildest expedition race on the Australian mainland.
In October 2027, Alpine Quest returns to the Snowy Mountains. From Jindabyne, teams are bussed to a remote start line deep in the ranges, then race non-stop, day and night, across approximately 500 km of trekking, mountain biking, white water and lake paddling, over the Main Range and all the way home.

No support crews to manage. Organisers and volunteers move your gear between transitions, so every team races on equal terms. Purpose-built maps reward real navigation, a mandatory midcamp keeps the field sharp, and every team carries a satellite phone and live tracker. It's held only once every two years, and places are limited.
Early bird entry: $4,999 per team. Secure your place today with a $1,000 deposit. Prices rise as race day gets closer.
